From Nurse to Coach: Sarah’s Journey to Healing and Reconnection

With a background in nursing, Sarah was already familiar with the physical side of health. But it was only after joining the Menstrual Coach Academy that she felt equipped to understand the deeper, emotional impacts of hormonal health. The tools and knowledge she gained from the Academy transformed how she approached her PMDD symptoms and prepared her for the perimenopausal shifts she is now exploring.

Sarah reflects on the Academy’s impact, saying that it provided her not only with practical strategies but with a healing experience that fundamentally changed her relationship with her own body. This reconnection was life-changing, inspiring her to specialize in supporting other women through hormonal transitions.

Finding Her Voice as The Reconnection Coach (and in the Choir!)

Today, Sarah helps women embrace change with confidence, helping them navigate everything from PMDD to the journey into perimenopause. Her unique combination of empathy, practical coaching, and medical understanding enables her to connect with clients on multiple levels. Outside of coaching, she finds joy and fulfillment through singing in a choir—a beautiful example of how she brings creativity and connection into her own life as well.
